Saturday Race March 20th

All rowers racing must go to school and leave from the building on Saturday morning. Go to your first class and at 8:15 the bus will leave. We have to leave early cause of the coaches coxswain meating at 9:00...

Racing this week end, Discount Cards

Race this weekend will be at Lake Lenape. We are just rowing two Varsity 8's.

The discount cards are being handed out as you hand in your registration money. After you sold all 10 discount cards you can get more and you will be able to keep $3.00 for every card you sold. This is so important for us to do. Please do not slack on selling them. You have an opprotunity to sell em for the team and make money yourself.

Kick Off Dinner Tonight

Kick Off Dinner tonight at Saint Nicholas Greek Church in Atlantic City. Tickets are $10 a person. Starts at 6:30

This week...

We have the kick off dinner this week at the greek Church in Atlantic City. The discount cards will be given out at the dinner.

On Saturday the 2oth the girls Varsity will be rowing at Lake Lenape. Only two boats will race. All other athletes must go to school because we have school on Saturday. We will be having a practice on Saturday morning. Load the trailer and go to the race since we will only be racing in the V8 and 2V categories.

Practice for the week March 1st

Practice is normal time for the week of March 1st. Hopefully we will get away with not having snow this week. Dress for both the water and inside. Parents please leave the parking lot open when picking up you kids. We need the room for the boats to get washed when we get off of the water.

Sat Feb. 27th Practice

Yes there is practice tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. Please dress for both rowing and erging. We should be done by 10:00 if we are efficient.

Fri. Feb. 26th Snow

As of right now the school is allowing us to have practice. We will have a quick workout and be done by 4:30. The bus will be at school. Check the sight for updates through out the day. The roads are fairly clear, and the snow is light that is falling. If it gets bad I will change my mind. Plan to erg.

No Practice Feb. 25 due to snow

No Practice Feb. 25th Due to the snow. Get at least 20 min Cardio in. 5 x 20 jumps.

During this meeting, registration forms will be completed and parents will be provided with all pertinent information regarding the 2010 crew season.
ACHS crew clothing will be on sale.

Season Starts

Practice is fully started as of this Tuesday Feb. 16th... There is a bus leaving after school for the boathouse. Same time as we had last season and in the past. Plan to workout, rig boats, and clean up. Practice will be over at 5:00 range for this week.

No School Feb 8th

Obviously no practice on Monday Feb. 8th because school is out.  Try to get 10 sets of 11 jumps in.  Practice will resume when school is back in.

Practice for the Week of Feb 1st...

Practice is running all this week normal times. Reminder to have physicals in ASAP... If you do not have a physical all physicals are going to be done on Feb. 3rd after school...

Physicals

Physicals are going to be this Wednsday. February 3rd after school. Please attend... Physical forms can be picked up in the athletic office or by Coach Grassi.

Practice Schedule

The Varsity Practice Schedule will go as followed. Monday thru Friday untill we are on the water from after school till about 4:15 to 4:30. If you are not doing another sport at the high school winter training is highly recommended. We will be training for success for the season.

Schedule will be posted in the next few days for the races for this season.

FIRST POST
